Cyberterrorism is a real threat that can not be ignored. Any and all devices containing sensitive information are at risk. Guilford County understands the seriousness of this threat and partners with the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC) to ensure our domains are monitored using a multi-faceted approach to identify signs of malicious activity. These approaches utilize data from a variety of sources, including Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and numerous other federal, state and local agencies. As these cyber threats increase in severity, frequency and sophistication Guilford County Information Services strives to prevent and respond to any and all incidents that threaten to compromise our cyber security, and is dedicated to protecting our network and the data we store.
